A: Start with the Get in Touch form and select Content Creation. Once you sign on, you'll fill out a Client Profile covering your brand voice, audience, and platforms, then submit a Content Brief for what you need written. Bundle clients submit one Content Brief per cycle covering the whole batch, not piece by piece, and that submission is what starts the turnaround clock.

A: Every piece goes through the same independent review standard used in a full Compliance Review before it reaches you. It's not a rubber stamp and it's not an automated scanner, it's an actual check against current CMS and TPMO marketing rules before anything is delivered.

A: The Rush add-on is available on Single Piece scripts for a 2-business-day turnaround instead of the standard 4-6. Weekly, Monthly, and AEP bundles run on a scheduled cadence rather than one-off urgent requests, so Rush isn't offered on those.

A: A Single Piece script typically takes 4-6 business days, or 2 business days with the Rush add-on. Weekly, Monthly, and AEP bundles are delivered as one complete batch within 6 business days of that cycle's Content Brief being received, not staged drops throughout the cycle.

A: One round of revisions is included per piece or batch at no charge, as long as the requested changes stay within the scope of your original Content Brief. Anything beyond that, or requested after content's already been approved and delivered, is billed as new content.

A: Pricing is built around a day-rate model, the more days of coverage and platforms you need, the more it scales. As a starting reference at our Standard cadence and 1 platform: Social Posts run $255/week or $900/month, Email Content runs $315/week or $1,116/month, and Social + Email Combined runs $450/week or $1,584/month. Scripts start at $275 per piece. Every option scales with additional platforms and lighter or heavier posting cadences, the Get in Touch form is the fastest way to get an exact number for your mix.

A: A custom-scoped package covering your full AEP season (October 1 through December 7) as one package instead of paying week to week. It's scoped to your actual platform count and cadence and typically runs 15-20% below what the same coverage would cost paying weekly across that same stretch. Reach out before October 1st to lock in your spot for the season.

A: Single Piece scripts and Custom Projects are paid before work begins. Weekly, Monthly, and AEP bundles are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

A: No set notice period. You can cancel a Weekly or Monthly bundle anytime, service and billing continue only through your current billing cycle. AEP Bundles cover the agreed season only and end automatically, no cancellation needed. Single Piece scripts and Custom Projects simply end at delivery.

A: We don't offer refunds. You can cancel a Weekly or Monthly bundle anytime, service continues through the end of your current billing cycle.
