Answers to the questions we hear most about getting your marketing content reviewed.
A: Marketing materials of any kind, social posts, scripts, emails, and print pieces, checked against current CMS and TPMO marketing rules. A real person reads every piece looking for the things that actually get agents in trouble: prohibited language, missing disclaimers, disclosure issues, and benefit descriptions that oversell what's actually approved.
A: Start with the Get in Touch form and select Compliance Review. Once you sign on, you'll fill out a quick Client Profile covering your product types and target states, then submit your content through your Clientary portal whenever you're ready. Every review comes back as a clear, documented write-up: what was checked, what needs to change, and why, with the specific CMS rule behind each finding, delivered both by email and in your portal.
A: Every review is done personally by Ashley, a licensed insurance agent with hands-on CMS marketing compliance experience, not an automated scanner and not outsourced.
A: Add the Rush option when you submit for a 24-hour turnaround instead of the standard queue.
A: A Single Piece Review typically takes 3-5 business days, a Content Bundle (5 pieces) up to 5 business days. Business days run Monday through Thursday. Need it faster? The Rush add-on gets you a 24-hour turnaround.
A: No review, including ours, can guarantee approval by CMS, a carrier, or an FMO. What we can guarantee is a real, documented check against current CMS marketing rules, catching the things that actually get agents in trouble before content goes out, not a rubber stamp.
A: Single engagements include one round of revision feedback. Content Bundle and Monthly Retainer engagements include one round per piece. Additional rounds beyond that are $25 each.
A: Reach out through our Support page, start a live chat or send an email with what's going on, and we'll talk it through together.
A: Single Piece Review is currently listed at $75, a Content Bundle (5 pieces) at $300, and the Monthly Retainer (up to 20 pieces/month) at $800/month. Custom Projects are scoped and quoted individually. Rush is a $25/piece add-on for anyone on a deadline. The Monthly Retainer works out cheaper per piece for agents and agencies reviewing content regularly, especially heading into AEP.
A: Single Piece and Content Bundle reviews are paid before work begins. The Monthly Retainer is billed at the start of each billing cycle.
A: We don't offer refunds. If you're on the Monthly Retainer and need to stop, you can cancel anytime, service continues through the end of your current billing cycle.
