Ashley Nichole Consulting (ANC) is a Medicare consulting practice serving independent agents, agencies, and TPMOs, with service lines in compliance review, bookkeeping and payroll, and content creation. All compliance work is handled by someone who actually understands how CMS rules apply in practice, not by automated tools.
The role
The role
We're looking for a few Affiliate Marketing Partners: people whose audience includes Medicare agents, agencies, or TPMOs, who want to earn commission for referrals they send our way. It's flexible, remote, and commission-only. No set hours, no quotas. Just an open invitation to refer clients from your existing audience and get paid when they sign on.
This is also the first role expected to become part of a dedicated marketing team as ANC grows, so it's a genuine way to get in early.
What you'll earn
What you'll earn
A 20% sign-on bonus on the client's first month's fee for recurring services (Bookkeeping, Payroll, Compliance Retainer), paid once
An ongoing 10% commission on that client's monthly fee for as long as they stay a client
$25 flat for a Single Piece Review, $50 flat for a Content Bundle, or 15% of project value for a Custom Project, for one-time referrals
Your audience gets 10% off their first invoice (capped at $100 for Custom Projects) when they use your referral code
Fully remote, work it around your existing content schedule

What we're looking for

An audience that includes Medicare agents, agencies, or TPMOs, on any platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcast, etc.)
Comfortable promoting services to your audience honestly and accurately
No prior sales or marketing experience required. This is commission-only, so new and small creators are welcome to apply
Able to complete standard US 1099 contractor onboarding (W-9) to receive commission payments
Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, DSNP, or independent agent workflows is a plus, not a requirement
